Worst service ever

They called me 5 to 7 days after placing the order, informing me that my parcel was damaged by the courier service. They asked if I still wanted the products, to which I replied affirmatively, requesting expedited delivery. They assured me they would dispatch it again. However, after 2 to 3 days, upon contacting them again, they informed me that the items will restock and promised to dispatch my order the next evening. Since then, they haven't even responded to my calls.
